As part of collecting data, I originally wanted to do a large survey with people to get a mass of data, but now I’m thinking I may need to do a survey that is more general to get more detailed results.

To do the survey I would use SurveyMonkey.

Now I’m not sure if I just want to monitor my sleep pattern, over say, the course of a month (or even just a week) and see how it changes and varies because so far the results have been very random.

On average, how many hours sleep do you get?
On an average night, how many times, if any, do you wake up?
Do you ever feel like you need to nap?
How many times a week do you say you have a nap?
Does this make you feel less or more tired?
On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most tired) how much does your sleep affect your concentration the next day?
