Drinking milk has become a part of the culture in this country. It’s something that is found in every ones fridges and from an early age, you’re encouraged to drink it.
Something I found though, was that although there’s lots of images of milk, and the packaging, there is no information about the cows, or where they’ve come from, it simply just gives details about the end product. This perpetuates the consumers lack of knowledge about the milk, because it by-passes the information about the cows. People don’t think about where it comes from anymore.
‘WHO ARE THE FARMERS THAT SUPPLY CRAVENDALE?
CRAVENDALE IS PRODUCED BY 3,200 BRITISH FARMERS WHO ARE PART OWNERS OF ARLA FOODS AND SPREAD GEOGRAPHICALLY AROUND THE COUNTRY.’
Does this answer about how the cows are treated?
